The other day, in a #MeditationTeacher Training, the teacher asked us to connect to our why. Why did we want to become meditation teachers . . I knew my why for the most part but I felt like there was a part of my “why” that I hadn’t tapped into. Since that day, I have been thinking about and connecting to my why in a more concentrated way . . Today, as I was going about my day, another part of my why, the foundation of my why was revealed to me . . My why is to first heal myself and then to help others heal. . . Healing, especially healing of #grief, #anxiety, and #trauma is something I wholeheartedly believe in, it saved and changed my life. . . To heal and help others heal is my why.
